The 35 Day Challenge

Walking 500 miles in foreign countries isn’t for everyone, perhaps a bit Forest Gump-like, but becoming the best you can be should be for you!  My challenge is for you to look at each category of the four pillars of health and select a positive change each and every day.  By day 35 you will have created new habits and a new lifestyle which will serve you better.
